Gilli has held various retail leasing positions over the past 15 years. He held the position of Regional Lease Manager at RPT Realty (formerly Ramco Gershenson Property Trust), with his primary role of leasing a multi-state territory consisting of over 2.8 million SF of retail property. His vast experience while working at RPT has curated his abilities to work on strategic planning of short and long term shopping center redevelopments. As a broker at Colliers, Gilli has helped clients in both Tenant & Landlord representation along with purchase and dispositions of retail assets. To date, Gilli has completed over 1,000 transactions in excess of $400M.
